The extendible all purpose Kelton Hollower was developed by Alby Hall for deep and wide hollowing through narrow openings.
Designed on the principle that tools should be simple, effective and user-friendly, these tools are a proven advance in hollow form turning.

Can be used for both rapid removal of wood and fine finishing.
Four set sizes available
5/16", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4".
Three shaft shapes in each set give more options for producing alternative forms.
Easy to sharpen.
The precision shaped tips on the Kelton Hollower will easily outlast High Speed Steel and will not back temper or loose hardness through sharpening induced heat.
Used in conjunction with Kelton Hollow Steel Handles the exposed shaft length can be varied to obtain optimum control and counter leverage for different turning requirements.
The weight of the handle makes for very stable cutting by reducing bounce and enabling a high degree of fine control. If necessary, the weight can be further increased with lead shot or a steel rod insert.
